Our Profile

As a young law firm “with a lot of energy”, we are specialised in giving expert advice on energy, environmental and climate change issues. We have been advising our clients on energy law, cartel and competition law as well as public commercial law (e.g. environmental and subsidy law) since the beginning of 2003.

Further areas of expertise are emissions trading and all areas relating to the regulated markets. Due to the positive market response to our work, we were named “law firm of the year” in the energy law sector by the German magazine for the legal profession, “Juve Handbuch Wirtschaftskanzleien 2004/2005” and this was in our second year of business. Juve also honoured us in the years that followed. Furthermore, the international trade directory “Chambers Europe” repeatedly listed us as one of the leading law firms in Germany specialised in energy law and climate change law.
